INDEX REVISED / JULY 26, 2026

bokepindoh.fans respects copyright. This policy lists information generally required for a notice and counter-notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. It is not legal advice.

Notice requirements

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list.
  3. Identification and precise URL of allegedly infringing material.
  4. Reliable name, postal address, telephone, and email details.
  5. A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized by the owner, agent, or law.
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the signer owns the right or is authorized to act.

Incomplete notices may delay evaluation; knowing material misrepresentation may have legal consequences.

Counter-notification

A provider who believes removal resulted from mistake or misidentification may prepare a signed response identifying the material and former location, giving complete contact details, stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief in the mistake, and including required jurisdiction and service-of-process consents. A sufficient response may be forwarded to the claimant; restoration may occur after the statutory period unless a court-order action is reported.

Repeat infringement

Access associated with repeat infringement may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances. Material may also be disabled when a substantiated claim or legal duty supports action.
