Notice requirements

Counter-notification

A sufficient response may be forwarded to the claimant; restoration may occur after the statutory period unless a court-order action is reported.
Repeat infringement
Access associated with repeat infringement may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances. Material may also be disabled when a substantiated claim or legal duty supports action.
